Inspectlet allows you exclude in-house users via IP Address or cookies.

This feature is available on all plans. In order to exclude visitors, please follow the directions below:

IP Address Exclusion

1. Log into your Dashboard.
2. Click on the “Settings” link of the website you want to add a user to.
3. Scroll down to “Exclude via IP Address”.
4. Add the IP Address you would like to include.
5. After adding the information, please click “Save Site”.

An example will look like this:

Cookie Exclusion

1. Log into your Dashboard.
2. Click on the “Settings” link of the website you want to delete a user from.
3. Scroll down to “Exclude via Cookie”.
4. Click “Cookie Exclusion Tool”.
1. This will direct you to a new page.
5. On the new page, click “Exclude My Visits”
