To keep a permanent copy of a session recording for you or your team, please download them to your device by following the steps below:
- Log into your Inspectlet Dashboard.
- Click “View Captures”.
- Click on the session recording you would like to download.
- Click on the Download button (on the top right) and the recording should begin to download immediately.
In order to play the downloaded recording, please unzip the file and open “session.html”.
The download feature is only available on Startup Plan and above.
